Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number for their package. Please ensure that accurate delivery information is provided, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

To ensure your anonymity, we use a fictitious return address. Customers may choose to reveal their identity through a personal message if desired. Adding a personal note to any prank package is free of charge.

Order cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at prankgiftsnl@gmail.com. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. We ship very quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be approved. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us! We handle each case carefully and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our pranks. Therefore, if there’s anything we can do to fix the situation, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Refunds:

We can offer a refund in the following cases:

• Order Cancellation: We can cancel and refund your order for any reason before it is shipped.

• Lost Package: Prank packages are usually shipped within 2 business days and delivered within 2-5 days. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your tracking information does not show “delivered” within 4 weeks of shipment, we will send a free replacement.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for other reasons, including:

• Your prank victim laughs so hard they wet themselves. Our refund policy does not account for this.

• Any errors in the shipping address. Please double-check before placing an order!

• You accidentally used your own address instead of the victim’s address.

• Your prank recipient refused to accept the package. As the sender, it’s your responsibility to choose a package that matches the recipient’s sense of humor and feelings.

• You thought the package contained real products. Please note that prank packages do not contain real products.
